Infrastructure Management Consultants Ltd (IMC) specializes in the evaluation, development and improvement of business models and business processes related to the maintenance and operation of the constructed environment (both single infrastructure objects and entire networks), the development and implementation of infrastructure management systems (business process support systems) and the analysis of infrastructure objects and networks with respect to physical condition, risk and economics.

With respect to specific types of infrastructure objects and networks, IMC's strengths are bridges and highway and railway networks, respectively. IMC does, however, frequently team up with partners that have complementary strengths in order to do projects involving other civil infrastructure, such as river networks and water distribution networks.
